I cannot remember the name of this manga I read awhile ago...

It starts off in a small village with a man at home during a bad thunderstorm that knocks out the power.
The man is engaged to marry his sweetheart, but he receives a letter (or something) from his friend who left the village for tokyo to become a reporter. He travels to tokyo to see the friend and upon arriving at the friend's apartment discovers notes about an impending nuclear attack that will destroy everything.
He realizes that the attack happened during the earlier thunderstorm that everyone has died and that he is dead too. He passes out and wakes up on the train back to his village and his sweetheart.

That's all I can remember about it. I think it was a oneshot.
