I'm the administrator of Russian anti-censorship proxy service to bypass government internet blocks.
Mangaupdates.com is hosted on DigitalOcean, in a IP address range blocked in Russia (165.227.0.0/16), and is unavailable in Russia, that's why it's being proxied via the service. It worked fine until recently, but right now HTTPS connection from the proxy server to mangaupdates got dropped.

Please do not block the proxy, visit https://antizapret.prostovpn.org/do-not-block-this-proxy/ to learn which addresses to whitelist.

IP bans are automatic. So if the proxy got banned, then too bad. We detected it as an attacker

If your account was banned and your post was removed, then whatever you posted was exactly what a spam account would post. Too bad
