The uke was unemployed and went to Tokyo Tower (?) (I can't remember, somewhere off ground with lots of people, and the uke just wanted to look around). He sees his long time crush and he is now very successful. I think the seme employs the uke, and from then on, he torments the uke because he found out that the uke likes him (?) I think that this manga might have been a oneshot.
