Been searching for couple years to refined this series. It’s possible that it’s actually a manhwa, but I don’t think it was. It was released in English but I believe it’s out of print now.
It’s about a group of six friends (3 boys & 3 girls).
The oldest guy is a self proclaimed ‘hot blooded young male’ and talks like a desperate “playboy.” The oldest girl is strong and hefty shaped. She usually has a resting face & wears her hair in a bun. One of their families runs either a ramen or soba shop.
The mid aged boy & girl are shy with strangers, wear glasses, and are creepy looking/sounding when trying to reel in customers. One of their families runs an alcohol shop (it’s possible they were siblings or maybe even twins).
The youngest boy and girl are rather energetic and have street fights/advertising performances with their parents products (fish vs daikon etc.); that’s actually how the first chapter begins. A crush seems to develop between them & there’s a chapter where they sorta have child talk about marriages etc (I think the chapter picture was her putting a “veil” on his head while riding behind him on a bike) due to him getting a love confession.
Their hangout spot is in a bar that’s closed during the day. The owner is a ex-gangster and always gripes about how even though it’s closed hours they need to leave so he doesn’t get in trouble.
One storyline is about the bar owner’s old gang bud trashing his shop and stuff.
