This, times a thousand. It suits the general mood of Mushishi down to the ground. The EDs are some of the greatest as well, considering each episode has a completely new ED everytime.

Falco by Shimatani Hitomi, Ueki no Housoku (Law of Ueki). If it hadn't been for getting hired on by AnimeFaith to do the karaoke/translation of that song...I never would have gotten into the series as I did (though I was reading Plus in the Shounen Sunday at the time of that, shows you how long ago that was lol), and it's spurred on so many other things, too.
The song is just amazing overall, and the visuals they picked are great, too. The words are very suiting for sooo many things, and can be interpreted in many ways. I like Shimatani's stuff in general though, lol.
There are tooons other songs I like way too much, too XD

My current favorite is for the ED of an anime movie: Martian Successor Nadesico. Dearest by Yumi Matsuzawa. (It's old. But i grew to like it.)
My other fave is Ningyo Hime by Tanaka Rie. Chobits Ending!
I also love the opening for WitchBlade. It's soooo nice!
And the OP for Paradise Kiss! I love it!
