For OP I'd say Kiri by Monoral from Ergo Proxy and Shell by Bana from Witch Hunter Robin. As for ED Nana has some super songs. Starless Night with Olivia Lufkin and Kuroi Namida by Anna Tsuchiya are just two of them.
