Help identifying a yaoi manga.

Story goes like this:
Guy#1 lost his job and is forced to sleep on the streets. He is suddenly attacked by Guy#2. They both start to live together in a park as hobos. People start to look for Guy#2. They escape and make love in a shack near a river. Guy#2 dissapears and tells Guy#1 to go to a certain company to look for Guy#2's "brother". Guy#1 gets hired as a secretary and is attacked by the "brother". During the attack, Guy#1 reveals to Guy#2 that he knew it was Guy#2 all along. At the end the decide to build their "paradise" in Guy#2's office, or something like that. Any help would be much appreciated. T_T;
