Looking for a manga about a woman who becomes a djinn

The manga from what I remember is about a female mage in an era of dying magic who with the magocratic nation being destroyed by a peasant revolt seals herself into a lamp and becomes a djinn. She is awoken centuries later by a royal guard captain who uses one of her wishes to bring rain to end a drought, then takes her in to serve as a palace scholar. Whole manga was pretty based on Arabic/middle eastern scenery with clothes and character appearances.
Any help with finding it would be very welcome
