It’s about this university student who has to partner up with this guy, who has long hair and isn’t stylish and all. Then the guy cuts his hair and gives him a makeover, and he goes back to university and suddenly everyone finds him hot. The guy does kendo too I think.

So yeah. If you can tell me the name of the manga I’d appreciate it!

Found it, it’s called “Renai Kaizou No Susume”.
