Possible typo.
Kekkaishi e no Tensei has chapter 33 up. But I can only find that the most recent being Chapter 31. I can't confirm through discord or their website since they are both down.

Archmage Streamer's latest release is at Chapter 44.5 and not Chapter 45. It might be confusing when you verify because the home page says Chapter 45, but if you click on it, and goes to chapter 44.5.
The page inside 44.5 says that Chapter 45 is not up yet.
