Regarding Genshiken, the manga list has it up to chapter 57, however it should only go up to 56. Chapter 57 is the first chapter of the sequel.

Um, maybe someone already reported this but I have recently found that I can not update my Manga reading list. For example, I can not increase the number of chapters I have read for the manga series I am currently reading.
Also, I am using the browser Safari. I just thought it might help because I don't know if the bug has to do with the browser or the list.
Edit: I just tried updating my Manga List series on Firefox and it worked so I think it might have something to do with Safari

On Safari, clear your cache and cookies. And make sure JavaScript is enabled
