If you are asking about the release itself, whether it was released or when it was released, you can go to there website and look at the series history page next time for all Baka tsuki releases.

I did not add a date to that release when adding it. I kept it asYYYY-MM-DD; so, that SHOULD NOT have happened.

Nevermind, and yes I should have read the date closer in anv's post closer.

1st volume of this series is a naruto dj translated by SaHa but cant find the release in the db, the name of that book is Chichikage Hanjouki, and the only entry somehow related is http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=51456 wich doesnt have much info anyway, so im not sure if that release is the one im looking for.

(Main) Title should be "Keishichou Bijin Kyoku".

You might move the current title under Associated Names since "tsutsumotase" is a way to read the latter part of the title, but it's supposed to be read "bijin kyoku" (it has furigana, if you look at a decent image of the cover...or see ja wiki).
