I've encountered a bug - it won't let me add anything in firefox anymore now, but it still works in IE.

Slight bug not sure if it was brought before: the submitted series counter goes up no matter if the submitted series was rejected or not, or deleted at some point. ie if I submit 10 series but only 5 get accepted it still shows that I’ve submitted 10. Same thing happened with the authors: on some it shows 1 series but if you click on the author there is no series listed under that name (because it was either removed or reassigned under different name).

candy, think of those lists more as activity indicators for the site. Even if the author/series gets rejected, you still get credited with trying to help out the site 🙂

Sorry for the other problems. I'm not in a position to fix things at the moment.

I'm still experiencing bugs in the volume/chapter counter on "my lists"

no matter how much i try, it just doesn't add correctly

like for example.. I try to edit let's say Gacha Gacha on the reading list.. the volumes go up to 2 and then nothing.. i try to increase the chapter number.. it stops at 2 and does nothing after that.. i press "+10" button and it goes to 12 but nothing after that.. err i was wrong.. it resets back to ch. 1..

Irritating as hell.. and it seems like it's doing it on a random title.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't... 😕 >:-(

I've tried IE and Opera.. both seem to do the same..

hit the button and then wait 10 seconds and let me know if it works then.

Hi, I get the same problem like takayanagi, I can't add anything anymore. I'm using Firefox.
I had a page opened at the series that I wanted to add in my list, but in the mean time I lost my connection, so I've restarted the router, and get a different IP(I have dynamic IP on my connection), then I click on "Add to complete list", and nothing happened. I try to Clear the cache, remove the cookies, restart browser, restart system, nothing help. I try with IE and it worked.

I have some ideas on how to fix the problems you guys are having but I can't implement them until i get back to school on monday. Please hang tight.

I've manage to fix the problem by clearing completly evrething, History, Saved Form Data, Download History, all the Cookies this time, Cache; disable Java & JavaScrip, and then enable again, and restart the browser. I don't know witch hit the spot but it workd.

Yes, the problem persist.
But in the mean time I try different approaches, so now all I have to do to fix it, is to remove the cookie for mangaupdates.com, and restart the browser. No need to clear the cache, or anything else.

I put a nocache header on those links now and I figured that would fix it... sigh... the problems you don't have are the hardest problems to solve 🙁

i cannot add to any lists and i cannot update the chapters and volumes read in "Reading List"
