Pretty sure it was a manwha webcomic with a sketchy/simple pastel art style and not a lot of emphasis on backgrounds or face details.

Really hilarious where both female and male leads are just total goofballs.

I think the girl is a high schooler(?) and the guy maybe a first year in college and she asks him out randomly on the street. They then give each other weird nicknames (like maybe “puppy”?) and the whole series is just a bunch of clips of them being really weird and funny together whenever they run into each other.

But I also remember it is a completed series and that it gets kind of touching and serious at parts.
