Angel Densetsu, have some hopes of an Anime?

I really like Angel Densetsu its so hilarious, and the plot is so unique. Yes, at first the first few chapters look like crap but it improves over time 🙂 . Itazura na Kiss was made in 1990 and a anime came out in 2008, here evidence http://en.wikipedia.or/wiki/List_of_Itazura_na_Kiss_episodes 😃 . I have high hopes that a manga as old as Angel Densetsu(1992) would become an anime. So what are your thoughts?

well the one thing i've learned is that you can't rule it out....i mean Ippo come out in 89' and didn't get an anime till over a decade later, then got another season over half a decade later, but yeah....i'd love to see a full series of it, and not just an OVA, though the OVA was good, it only covered like the 1st volume i think
so yeah, heres hoping.....

This manga is one of the best I ever read.I got no complaints about it. In the beggining I felt the drawing a bit sloppy, but after few chapters it improved a lot.
If anyone in Japan run an anime based on this serie, I think would be really great! But I don't know if there is a possibility to this wish come true.

As much as I like Angel Densetsu, I'd say the chance of it getting an anime is nearly zero.
From what I understand, Itazura na Kiss was very, very popular with the shoujo crowd, and even had a live series (which probably helped preserve its popularity).
Hajime no Ippo is very popular as well, and is ongoing, so you can't really compare it to Angel Densetsu at all in that case.
In comparison, Angel Densetsu just isn't anywhere near as well known as either of those series. I really wouldn't get your hopes up. 😢

There are 2 OVAs, it was suppose to be more but I believe the director passed away or something

Haha i finally found the OVA this week it was really great and funny went with the flow of the manga (^_^) 🤣

Too bad the OVA only cover the 1st Volume.
And just when the female character (Ryoko) are gonna showing up, then its stopped.....
No other more yet. And almost the end of 2012.
Maybe if Claymore popularity could pull this progenitor series before it....?
