Hello, Kyou-kun requesting assistance.
I recall reading a yaoi manga where there were twins who just start going to an all boys academy. One of the twins is very timid and the other protects him. Now, there are two others who are the semes eventually that are the president and vice president of the school or something, and go after the two twins... I remember there being a bit of romance between the two twins however the romance is broken up because of the persistent semes... I also remember that there was a big need to fend off perverts in regards to the more timid twin.
Unfortunately that is all I can remember about the manga... I have searched through the "Twin/s" filter in the advanced search and have not found it.

I think it's Kohitsuji Hokaku Keikaku! but the two boys aren't twins (although they do look very alike).

@meshy I don't think there is any actual sexual intercourse between the twins. I have read that one before and it appears it isn't the one :/ Thank you very much for your time 🙂

Edit: I have re-read this manga you posted, and realized I have gotten two different manga mixed up into one and apparently, the one you mentioned was the right one. I guess all my searching and stressing was for nothing haha seeing as this is one I looked at to begin with. Thank you very much ^^
