I have Firefox 3 and can't use any of JavaScript on MangaUpdates(Add to reading list, changing number of chapters etc). On other sites it works fine, so i think it security problem or some sort of bug. Could somebody help?

Re-installing java would not effect javascript at all... different things totally,

Actually... some versions of the Iced-Tea version has been known to do that.... but I think that issue doesn't apply to Windows users.

Just sounds like a no-script plug-in issue, this one.
