The talented sibling
H'okay, so there are tons of manga where the MC is the untalented half of a pair of siblings, and I'm getting a little bored with the whole inferiority complex thing. So, I was wondering if there were any manga where the MC IS the talented one. The sibling dynamic should very much play a part of the story, otherwise I'd just be asking for a talented character in general.

Rika, incest though.
Ah... well... I'd prefer to avoid the incest ones if it can be helped...

umm, sorry for asking such a seemingly stupid question, but what exactly is MC? is it where the sister is the talented one, and the brother is the untalented one 😕 please help me, and again, sorry for asking this.

MC = main character I think.

That's exactly right.
Although, I would also add that I do rather enjoy female leads more, so if you could suggest any of those, well... that'd be great really.

jyu-oh-sei, maybe. (I watched the Anime, it was really good) But
the protagonist's brother appears only in the beginning so maybe that's not what you're looking for.
And Guin Saga, I guess.
Do you want the other sibling to be untalented then?
Eclipse Hunter (Novel) - the siblings are both talented, though in pretty different ways. The sibling dynamics are incredibly strong and interesting.
Hotman - probably outside of what you're looking for (seinen slice of life), but he's something of the head of his family, and his siblings look up to him.
1/2 Prince / 1/2 Prince (Novel) - this is a long shot, as the protagonist's brother doesn't play that big of a role most of the time, but he /is/ the reason she makes the decision to be male in the RPG, and he does get more attention later on in the story.
A Night of a Thousand Dreams - another long shot, but again, he got into the situation more or less due to his sister.
