So I was curious about what our readers think about my translation notes. I know they're a bit lengthy at times, but I thought it would be a really interesting way to teach people about Korean culture (especially since it's simultaneously so similar and different from Japanese culture). They take a while to compile, but if people enjoy reading them, it's great. Also, if any of you have anything confusing you'd like clarified or something else you'd like to see, speak up at all costs. I'll even mention you in the release ^^.

just kidding. translation notes are always nice. always helps to understand something bout the manga and the culture it takes place in. allows the reader to enjoy it so much more. keep up the good work.

why back in the day we didn't 'download', we had to swim to japan if we wanted fresh anime and that was only if...

They're nice, but I still wish all translation notes would just fit below the panels so it's much easier to catch. Being the laziest person person in the world, it's a little odd reading the translation notes after I read the chapter.

I guess it does work if you're trying to teach us a little about Korean culture, though.

I love translation notes! I think it adds some unique quality to manga/anime which really increases the value.

Yeah Blue, it rocks. But I'd prefer it under near the panels. Maybe a detailed info after the chapter is alright but for me I'd like to know what that * is right away.

So how about a short note under the text, then a longer description at the end-- would that fly better with everybody? (And thanks to all of you guys for your feedback. It means a lot ^^)

hey guys thanks for this manga, i'm almost done, at ch39 right now, read it straight...

about the notes, its very interesting and informative, very nice fan service! but what ambi himself suggested is better i guess..yeah its a bit of an effort to read them at the end of each chapter, and you'll have to browse back to remember where the word was used, so a little definition below the text or just below the page is more helpful, and then the usual more info at the end. your effort will not be wasted that way..because personally, i skipped reading some of them...hehe

by the way this manga scanlation is a bit special to me, coz it was edited here in my country, hehe...tnx pasaway!! saludo ako sayo(i salute you!), kudos bro!!! 😃

anyways, keep up the good work guys, and hurry up with the next chapters!! 😀

I like it the way it is. Mostly becuase it lets me try and think of what they ment first and see if I got it right. Its a good way to learn about their culture.

Hey, just letting you know. Volume 6 Chapter 46 translation notes. Jajangmyun isn't spicy and is not usually made with seafood. I believe that's Jambong, but whatever. You're description about Jajangmyun is correct though 😛 so nice work. Don't forget jajangmyun can be delivered to your house in Korea ^^
Good translator notes though. I am Korean myself, but not a native.
