A story about two students, friends. One has a weight problem when he is confessed to by the friend. The first spends a vacation dieting and comes back extremely cute. Second guys takes the weight loss as a rejection. Love story continues from there........

i looked at Ai no Gebokutachi and it is not the story. thanks for the suggestion. still looking for the right one. I can't really think of anything else that could help. I know there are two parts one with the kid losing the wieght and then on after they spend most of a summer apart. the chubby kid gains the weight and refuses to see his boyfriend. I beleive he loses the wieght again after making up with his boyfriend.
