A few years ago I read a manga. I forgot how the story was, but the protagonist is really weak and need to eat a medicine or some sort of injection (I forgot) everyday. He forgot one day and he become strong. Eventually when he didn't eat the medicine anymore, his age/height increased and he's become very strong? What the title of the manga?

The protagonist of this manhwa/manga live alone in an apartment. He's weak and short and he need to always add a pill/medicine/something like that. Then there's another character, I forgot if it's a man/woman, that holding main character from taking his regular pill. The main character become really sick and then his body aging. He's become older and stronger than before. Then, everytime he didn't ate the medicine, he become older and older, and in the last chapter, he became an old man with white hair and wrinkled. Have anyone reading a manga that goes like that?
