My moot asked for help to find a manhwa that she saw on their Tiktok fyp (they didn't save) a long time ago so ot maybe a little incorrect and missing some details.

The genre is Historican Isekai, and our FL is in a coma in the real world. The FL returned wakes up and returns to her real world when she and ML had their happy ending (so i'm assuming it's completed)
