Isn't the top one just a recruiting page for Girls' Generation scans? There's a web address for them on it.

It is the recruiting page, I’ve been in it and can’t find anything that says what the manga is.

I’ve read the manga before, it’s about a serious office worker who is a massive fan boy to this girl pop group. He has a lot of their merchandise is his room, one day he gets drunk or something and another male coworker takes him home and discovers his secret. The coworker essentially uses this against the MC and gets him to do his work for him etc. Eventually they fall for each other.

If that's the case, perhaps you should try asking in the Yaoi/Yuri forum with that description plus the picture? It's almost guaranteed to get a reply, imo.

Seriously people, just because a group uses it as their recruiting page, doesn't mean it's not from a manga. FYI it's from K-sensei and the other manga has been answered.
