Hi, I'm looking for this manga I read a long time ago

I think there were two endings to this story, one was a sad ending and the alternate one had a scene looking out at the garden/porch area from inside an empty room, then it goes to a framed photograph of the couple as old men, implying they lived a long and happy life together.

The couple were adults and I have a feeling one person worked in publishing/around books.

There was a scene close to the end where the couple got separated and uke/seme goes up to the rooftop of their office building, their coworker/friend joins them and gave them a letter from their partner.

The rooftop scene might not be relevant, my memory is very fuzzy around this manga. The main thing I remember is the framed photo of the couple as old men. If you know a manga with this theme of living together until old age please let me know as well!
