Read this once but can't remember the name of it now so (deducted that it should be josei from what I remembered but might be off on that).

Story.

Guy meets and get together with a weird girl (somewhat graphic sex involed).

In the end she ends up marrying this invalid old man she was working for after they had a fight while visiting his home island (something about him being attracted to his brothers wife).

Between the last 1 or 2 chapters the series jumps 5-10 years into the future to the funeral of the girls husbands funeral.

Hopefully someone can help (don't even plan to read it again just got obsessed about finding out the name 🙂
