Hi, I forgot the name of this manga. The MC is reincarnated into what used to be a fat and useless noble but with his knowledge this changes and his territory expands and improves. Other characters in the series are his loyal maid and a red female ghost he contracted among others in his territory. Most recently he fought a lich.
