A what seems to be red hair and uses dual guns girl
A guy who uses blue glowing sword
A chick who uses bow and seems to be in a temple clothes
and lastly a girl whos in something that looks like a karate suit
all seem to be in a action manga/anime saw them in a game and would like identification, seems to be interesting characters xD

The First one MAY be Gunslinger Girl, I know there are a couple brown/red haired ones, at any rate. I'm not sure though, as your description is kinda vauge.
Does the walker choose the path, or the path the walker?

he means all of these characters are in one manga/anime.
A picture or a more detailed description of the characters would help. Also maybe a summary of the story these characters were in. If we know what anime/manga they're from we'll know who the characters are.
