Its been a few years since read it but since never got to finish it so i dont know the exact category it would fall into but im looking for a manga about a girl who is dating a guy who pretends to like her (? or he does like her but not as much as she wants him to) but he is in love with someone from his past (i think it was an older woman but i am not sure).
It might be rated M since they almost had sex but he stopped in the middle of it.
I read it sometime around 2012-2013 but it was definitely published some years before that.
