I remember floating around from a few years ago this manga about these two warriors who defeat a dragon and find a pair of magic panties in its horde with really good stats (it's ridiculous) that one of the warriors can equip, but also discover that he loses the stat bonuses if he wears anything else over them. He winds up walking through a city dressed that way and then as I recall goes to a room with the other warrior and is rather taken advantage of. It was in Japanese; I'm not sure who the author or title is. If anyone can help that would be amazing. Thank you!
