In my book, if there are people specifically looking for it (in stories or IRL, and I know there are some that do), then yep, it can count as a fetish. Besides, it's widespread enough in manga that I think it can qualify anyway.

My limits are

The first girl with a dick... once I see one of those in the doujin, I either stop reading or skip the page... if the girl is in the next page, then I stop reading the chapter, if the girl with a dick appears in another chapter, then I just drop the damn thing, no matter how well written is the plot or the art... that is just my limit.

If there are 2 guys in the cover, I just stop... drop and burn.

If there is a robot with a saw... then I stop... I don't like guro

If there is a cute little boy... I put myself in alert, if there are 3 old guys looking at the boy in a weird way, then I fucking stop.

If the girl is talking about going to the bathroom, I put myself in yellow alert... if is piss, then I suck it up and continue reading, if there is shit flying everywhere, then I skip... if scat seems to be a recurring thing, then I drop.

If the art sucks and the girls shape is like a monster, then I stop.

If there is a horse with a very mean look, then I stop... same with pigs and dogs

If the woman is pregnant then I suck it and continue, but if I am getting a scan of the baby with each panel, then I drop.

If the rape turns out to be VERY violent, then I suck it and continue, if the girl is killed then I drop it... if the girl is not killed, but yet is brutally raped, then I read till the end (to look if the attacker got what he deserved "happens sometimes") if nothing happens, then I get pissed and give it a so so rating at best.

If a tentacle monster is attacking several girls, then I keep reading, if at some point the things become a birthing of monsters, then I put myself in high alert, and could drop depending on the development.

If is a very small girl, then I put myself in high alert (I can stand a couple of those some times, but is very rare) other wise I drop.
