Right now I am searching a manga whre was a man who found a boy in his home, he let him stay with him since he was able to sharp the knives (or something like that, i have really fuzzy memory of it) also he said that the boy smelled like incest.

• the man cuts the boys hair since the boy clipped it when he escaped somewhere.
  The boy wen't back to the place he were (morely like he got kidnapped back) and the man went back to get him home.
