Well as the title suggests I'm looking for some adventure books...
I'm looking for something along the lines of Lord of the Rings or The Wheel of Time and The Sword of Truth.
But please nothing as simplistic as Eragon and others of the that kind 😛
edit: Forgot to mention George RR Martin... I'm already into it but I'll check out Feist(?) 🙂

The A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin is really good! Definitely something to check out if you're into the epic adventure stuff (especially if you've already read The Wheel of Time)

I've heard some good things about R. A. Salvatore's books, especially the dark elf series.

Have you tried Robin Hobb? Shes written several series in the same universe that involve adventure, have complicated plots and involve very good but flawed characters. In particular her assassin series and soldier son trilogy are very good. If I recall correctly, shes also written quite a few good series under another name Megan Lindholm.
hmmm... others authors that I've read that are very good in the adventure department are David Eddings and Ian Irvine, most of their series are at least a little adventurish and have plots ALOT more complicated than Eragon, lol. David Eddings I would recommend in particular if you like Feist.
hope they help a little.
