User not found or error

I tried logging in on my new computer and every I try to log on it says that the user was not found or that an error occurred; however when I try to make a new account it says that my username is taken (my username is actionman by the way). Also when I try to send a new password to my email I do not get a new email... PLEASE HELP!!!!!
