I'm rereading the manga after half a year and i'm confused why they kiss. aren't they siblings? In this scene, kaname is leaving the house and she gave him a kiss on the lips.
(i started from chp 54. i'm up to chapter 57)

Yup you're right, it's to keep the blood line still pure, cuz there aren't that many other purebloods they can marry into, so they just keep marrying siblings. Plus they do love each other 🤣

i think thats it.except in one chapter it mention that maybe kaname was from a different family or something i dont know but ill go check. but i dont like the pairing. zero was so much better....

not from dofferent family, he is Kuran Clan anchestor, the first King of vampire.

he's actually her ancestor, not her brother.

But when they kiss, Yuuki doesn't know that. It's simply because blood relationships don't matter to them (they can't-otherwise, since there's only like five pure blooded vampires left, the lines of purebloods would soon become corrupted.)
