Today at the local dollar store, some grandpa called me a genius.

He was looking for some Top Ramen, and asked me in Cantonese, "I'm looking for noodles, in baggies. They are not in cups. They are in baggies." Then I showed him the top ramen, and he was like, "wow! I didn't see them at all! You have such a quick eye! You're a genius!" (they were behind him.) And then he asked for some graham crackers, and I told him there wasn't any. But anywho, he started going off on how drinking soda is bad, and how I should check for expiration dates on things. He also stated that he was 89 years old. He then said that he'd be willing to send me to a great college in China.. And a generous person like me should stay in school and make a lot of money in the future. +__+
