Do people prefer knowing the exact the amount of chapters skipped

So twice i updated the To Love ru series. with Skipped chapters. and both times someone changed it to many chapters in between aren't adapted. I mean i prefer knowing the exact amount of chapters skipped rather than the chapters that just that chapters weren't adapted.
