I hope someone may know the name of this manga.

The manga is about a girl who goes to a regular high school but wants a smart and popular boyfriend who goes to a prestigious high school. The boy she's interested in lives next door; however, he hates her because when they were kids, she used to bully him a lot. His older sister also hates her a lot. The girl likes the boy and does everything to get him to like her, but the boy keeps rejecting her, saying that she's fake. He really hates her but she keeps chasing after her. She keeps following him on the train. He ends up liking her. I remember there's a part near the end of the story where the boy gets scholarship to go study abroad but the girl asks him to sign the marriage registration if he wants to go. The boy signs it but the girl cries as she tears it apart and asks to break up. The boy ends up not going study abroad.
