I'm looking for a certain manga.

A man usually came to a house to take care a granny. One day the old woman passed away, but the man keeps going to the house. Later, he meet a guy who is the grandson of the old woman. The grandson ask the man to live in the house and accompany him. The grandson suffer an injury from a past accident, that sometimes he can't sleep because of the pain. He also should take medicine regularly, but he refused. His nephew doctor came to the house to force the grandson drink the medicine.
