Mysterious Girlfriend X. I just think Urabe is soooooo cute! I love when she gets shy and blushes. She also sleeps a lot, which is really cute. I'd love to be sitting on a bench in the mall or something and have her head just plop down on my lap.

If you're floored by Chiyo, you should definitely read Yotsuba. It's cute and funny, although it's not really moe (at all).

My choice for most moe series is probably Hayate the Combat Butler. It's really pretty shameless.

Second place is going to have to be Ai Kora, which is a bit more focused on strange perversions (which makes it strange that it's so tame when it comes to sexual content).

read Hayate for a bit, but the randomness kinda got to me (same reason why i never finished excelsaga) never read the other one. Lucky Star was better as an anime than a manga.
