Hi. I'm looking for a manga where the protagonist is born as a fragment of some kind of wizard god. Basically this wizard reached the height of power, probably godhood, and he got bored. So he sent out fragments of his existence into the world and other universes, so he could have interesting experiences through them.

The protagonist is a fighter in some countryside. He's probably the strongest fighter in the village. The setting is a medieval swords and fantasy. He lives with his older sister who raised him. I think she adopted him. She's portrayed as being weak or sickly. When the protagonist just grabs her wrist she starts to bleed. The local lord decides he wants to have the sister as like a concubine or mistress but its closer to being a sex slave. This is a regular occurrence and the peasants can only put up with it. The protagonist tries to stop it, but everyone even his sister stops him. Next day when he goes out to defend the village from deadly animals/monsters he gets knocked out and meets the wizard god, who decides to lend him his power. As a fragment of the wizard, the protagonist has a good deal of magical power but no knowledge of how to use it. Prior to this the only indication the protagonist was different from other people was his incredible strength.

The wizard instructs the protagonist that he needs more than just power, he needs backing. So the protagonist goes to the kingdom's capital to accept the mission of curing the king's daughter, the princess. She has some kind of incurable disease, and the king is willing to offer a handsome reward for the cure. With the wizard's help, the protagonist extracts a magical parasite from the princess and saves her life. He then asks the king for some kind of nobility rank and control of his village's region.

He immediately returns and stops the local lord from raping his sister. When the lord's men and the lord's father come in to arrest the protagonist, he shows them some kind of badge/emblem from the king that they recognize as the protagonist having the king's authority and higher rank than them. It's to such an extent that the lord's father defers to the protagonist without a fuss and drags his son out of the room.

The protagonist takes his sister with him back to the capital where the king asks him to investigate who tried to kill the princess with the magical parasite. The protagonist gets some friction from the royal magician because he did what the other could not and his magic system is different from the orthodox method.

There's some subtle undertones that the adopted sister and princess are attracted to the protagonist.
