It may have been a year or two since i last read it, but the setting is a rich FMC whose family dominates a particular region. Fantasy/Medievial. Not sure if it's Isekai/'Reincarnation/Time Travel. Can't remember if there was a ML as well.

The one specific thing I do remember is that there's a particular area in the region her family dominates is one of the few areas her family doesn't outright own, and it goes to a bid. She loses the bid to a different family from a different region where they dominate and want to break into the market the FMC resides. So she decides to buy the land around it. Her father asked her if she needed assistance, but she refused and said she'd take of it on her own.

Questionable Memory: I think the FMC was trying to force the other lady from the family to make an absurb bid/purchase on the land with money she does not currently have on her, so that would require her to take loans from nearby lenders who, ofcourse, are owned by the FMCs Family
