I'm looking for a Korean or Chinese comic (manhwa or manhua). It's about a young man who, at a certain age, undergoes a ritual with his peers. This ritual grants everyone in the village a skill/spirit (not sure which). These skills/spirits are categorized, and the main character receives a low-rank green plant ability (something like a vine), which he initially considers useless. It can grow from his palm and is green at first. Everyone laughs at him, but it turns out to be a powerful ability. The vine can absorb enemies and even evolve later on.

The setting is martial arts, something like medieval times. The protagonist is not transported to another world or reincarnated.

In one episode, he lures enemies into a trap made of pits and devours them with his plant ability.

The vine is his main ability, although it might have a different name. It's a green plant that grows from his palm.
