Actually, since only 47.8% have gone to Disneyland, that means a majority have not. It's just that the "No" side was split in two between wanting to go (but couldn't) or not wanting to go at all

Whoops, now I feel silly. Still that's pretty close to half, which still surprises me, just not as much.
