Anime ends at which manga chapter?

I had a question and didnt know where to post this..I have seen all episodes of the anime and wanted to ask, does the anime cover the whole manga or does the manga continue after the anime ends? If it does, where should I start reading the manga from? Thanks for any suggestion...

Usually a question like this would be answered under "Anime Start/End Chapter" under "Completely Scanslated" on the series info page. But perhaps there wasn't a break-off point if no one has edited on the page to date?

how about telling us what happend at the last episode of the anime so that we might be able to help? ^^ and be sure to put it under a spoiler tag.

The thing is that I really dont remember what exactly happened but I am sure watching it I might remember- its titled "See you again" and I think

I have a feeling u might be right since the anime series went 78 episodes while the manga itself is only 9 volumes...the 7th volume seems to follow episode 40 which is the beginning of season 2..

did they have a happy ending? some people says that the anime and manga's endings are different 🙄
