Truly a badass chapter,
Seems like Jimbei is gonna help Luffy and Ace after all.
Still, going Gear Thrid for a measly monster, I wonder how Luffy could manage to reach level 5 (or 6, note that the 16th page doesn't mention the level number)

Finally we've seen Jimbei, his design is really cool and also his words indicate that he is definitley going to help Luffy.

Another awesome chapter, and worth reading after just a week.
Its about time we saw Jinbei for the first time, though aside from his face (which resembles a fu-dog), his design is good.
Plus, now that the everyone on Impel Down are well aware of Luffy's presence, I wonder how this arc is going to end.
Can't wait for the next chapter, though.

Well, gear 3rd is Luffy's most powerful move since the CP9 fight but now he should be able to use some of that haki more as he progress through this place. Not much point in getting him to an island of haki users if he's not going to pick up anything at all. Plus, he sort of really needs it now if he already used gear 3rd...
Great chapter, now I'm really looking forward to the coming battles 😀

Yeah...to think he would need Gear 3 on that Basilisk was unforeseen. Nice to see that Mr. 3 will be helping Luffy along. Ah...this makeshift pirate group...too awesome to see foes teaming up together. Next chapter will be good as always.

Anyway, this was a good chapter. I'm glad we finally were able to see Jimbei. He actually looks like I thought he would. 😀

I think it was gear 2? Ack, don't remember. Doesn't seem to affect him much, just makes him hungry since it speeds up his metabolism too.
Yea, Jimbei is awesome O_O Yay another shichibukai who could potentially be their ally. Don't know about joining though. Could be a red herring. Would be great if he did~

Nooooooo Hancock has to be the one that joins the Strawhats! Oda needs to balance out the male female ratio a bit right? That's what I'm gonna keep telling myself anyway 😛

Nah, I don't think that Hancock will join the crew, at least not physically (?). Don't forget that she's protecting her island, so most probably she'll end up like princess Vivi or something :\

Finally, Oda has revealed all the Shichibukai. We know all the bounties except for Mihawk... Wonder how much his bounty is... So far, the highest seen is Doflamingo (340 mil).
However, majority of the Shichibukai now seem to be noble people. Mihawk, Jimbei, Boa and Kuma are not evil like Sir Crocodile and Moria. Well, we'll just have to see how the story plays out.
I agree with some as in I feel like its too early for Luffy to use his Third gear... I didn't expect this. This might be a tough fight for Luffy!
