i recently saw the pictures and there is obviously no denying the similarities. To the people who brought up plagarism i say to u fuck off. The two artist have obviously worked together and if he isnt angry then let all be well.

Wow...I was just about to start reading it, but with the hiatus, I might just wait until it finishes.

from what was posted about the two pics, i hate to say it but i see the plagerism and i cant blame them for accusing her of it =/
Yeah, you can't deny that they look exactly alike. But it's not really something where someone should lose their job because of it. If Hoshino's still able to continue the manga after all this, then she should just pay more attention in the future.

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.

i think that if it returns, its still gonna be ongoing for a while. the plot is getting deep but there is still a lot of things that have only been hinted at. best hope for the future

that's what i want to know too, if they worked together than he probably has a good idea that it probably wasn't intentional. let alone he has a pretty laid back personality, right? this goes to show you how every profession has some sort of politics involved and it always has an ugly side to it.

i doubted is really a plag...
just as you know mangaka read mangas too, and memories from mangas can be left in the brain. and when they draw, they use imaginations for something not existing, so it is not impossible for the visions from other manga to pop out when they imagine and draw. so i really doubt is a plag. i believe she just didn't realize its from other manga, who would've do something so obvious to be caught anyway. well, wish her luck!

Just let her continue the goddamn manga. I'm sure Obata doesn't give a crap.

D.Gray-man will be returning in the August 17th issue of Akamaru Jump, with a 50 page special or something of that nature. So that's something to look forward to.

Even if she did it unintentionally (which I believe she did), it was probably very upsetting to her when it was pointed out.
Not that she should commit hara-kiri or anything, but she probably had to do a bit of bowing & scraping.

Could be worse.
It could be D.N.Angel.
The mangaka made it REALLY interesting and climaxy when she thought ' im bored lets write a different now' and nobody knows when it will return.
As for D.G-M The mangaka was either seriously ill or i heard she damaged her wrist.
