I gave my vote to Pain. He's been my favorite character since before his identity was exposed. He was mysterious, yet he gave the feeling of being a very powerful opponent.

Shikamaru for being the most "developed" side character. Most side characters are now just plain flat out boring. Temari is a pretty close second because she's the most badass out of the girls.

I don't really care about most of the main characters except for maybe Naruto because...well because he's the main character.

Itachi---has to be him---insanely powerful and he had a tragic life---nothing good ever really happened to him and he still struggled on, always having a goal, always knowing where he stands
