Uhm, I don't really have a specific sleeping position. I sleep in all kinds of positions. I did notice that when I sleep on my back, that it's harder to sleep and that I wake up faster/easier. I use this trick as my bio clock to wake me up early if I have some procrastinated homework to do. 🤣

Unless I'm extremely tired, I cannot make myself fall asleep on my back. I think I'm going to start paying more attention to the position I fall asleep in and how long I sleep, though.

I've always fallen asleep on either my stomach or one of my sides but lately it's only my stomach I sleep on since my back is my cat's new favorite place to sleep. XD

I'm pretty much the same way when it comes to falling asleep on my back. I end up moving around a lot because I just can't find any comfort when sleeping in that position, I'm not sure why though.

I sleep on my back most of the time but i sleep on the side when i'm at my father's house during vacation.
