Alternatives to Paypal (outside the US)

I didn't want to post this in random questions, because I wanted a more concentrated discussion. And I bet others will be interested as well.
Basically, I'm tired of getting ripped off by paypal. Not only do they take about 5% of my money when I get paid, they also make me use their conversion rates, which're always lower than the actual rates. Right now by 3.5%.
Due to certain circumstances, I can't send the money I receive directly to my bank, so please don't offer that.
What I'm looking for:
-Ability to get paid in the EU.
-Ability to transfer money into banks in the EU.
-Must be available outside the US (preferably in a multitude of countries, especially the EU)
-Must have lower fees than paypal
-Must use the current conversion rates (or at least, closer than paypal).
I don't know if there're any such services, let alone reliable. Everything I've come across is either unreliable or is limited to the US.
Please post only if you have first hand information (or if you personally know someone who've used the service).
Thank you for your time.
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

Which still doesn't help me with paypal.
I work as a freelancer and get paid by various organizations. Too much money per month and I'll have taxation problems.
But thanks for your non-help.

That's your problem for joining the criminal side.
