Mmkay it was this manga. I think it was shoujo or josei, don't know.
It was about this guy and girl, the guy met the girl when he and his friends got a group date with a bunch of college girls. The girl was the prettiest girl there or something. They both got drunk, and then had a one night stand. When they wake up, they don't remember anything, something something. The girl finds out she's pregnant and calls him up to tell him.
